How It Works

How it works: 

  • Virtual weekly meetings
  • 5-15 minutes of pre work before the meeting 
  • 10 minutes exercises for you to do 3 times a week after the meeting

You go onto live your life with more connection. 

Principles: 

  • Many approaches tend to focus on what doesn’t work and that doesn’t work. In this approach we uncover what does works for you. 
  • Connecting with the inner child is a way to connect to the self with tenderness and care. The inner child is not about recapturing your youth or rescuing a hurt younger you. It is about having access to part of us that brings out nourishing qualities like autonomy, play, and connection. 
  • Focus on the smallest next steps that will get you closer to these nourishing qualities. Focusing on the smallest next steps, instead of big leaps, will help you get closer to how you would like to be in your interpersonal relationships.
