Individual level
I work with people who are undergoing professional transitions and yearn to have more authenticity during the transition process so they find what they truly want to do professionally.
Specifically I specialize in working with driven professionals who:
- Recently got promoted or landed in their dream job. Yet they are feeling insecure. Maybe they feel like you have to “act like a boss,” that they don’t truly deserve the role, or have a form of imposter syndrome.
- Been told that they are being laid off. Instead of doing the same role or staying in the same industry, they long to do something that is truly meaningful and makes them come alive. Yet they are overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin.
You want to show up more as yourself in the workplace but you don’t quite know how.
Everything I do is based on the truth: your authenticity is actually your superpower. People are more likely to communicate, collaborate, and even follow you in your leadership when “what I see is what I get” and I can trust what I get. You are much more likely to feel fulfilled, inspired, in flow, and motivated when you bring more of yourself to work that you really value.

Organizational level
I work with people on an organizational level whether they are companies, employee resource groups (ERG), or professional organizations.
Specifically I specialize in working with:
- Companies that are experiencing growth yet the culture remains the same and is not meeting the needs of the larger team. What used to work for 2 people in a garage is no longer working for a 15+ person team.
- ERG or professional association leaders who want to bring meaningful and context-based programming to the members.
You are responsible for the workforce development of your employee resource group, professional association, or company and want programs and training that allows others to show up more as themselves, as well as be more effective at work and connected to the organization.
Everything I do is based on the truth: your authenticity is actually your professional superpower. People are more likely to communicate, collaborate, follow, lead, or do their best work when what they see is what they get. When they trust each other and the organization for what it is.
