Moon Night Gathering – Trickster edition written invitation

An written invitation to Moon Night Gathering - Trickster edition

The trickster doesn’t care if you are mad.

The trickster doesn’t care about your carefully laid out plans.

The trickster doesn’t care if your world gets disrupted.

The trickster wants change.

It is tired of the same old, same old – because frankly, it ain’t working (and deep inside, you know it).

The trickster is trying to get your attention and doing it in really uncomfortable ways.

While the trickster doesn’t care about your comfort amidst change, the moon does.

Across cultures throughout time, the moon has been connected to womenhood.

For the cycles of waning and waxing are found in the moon in the sky and in the body of the women through menstruation.

The moon guides all in the night – similar to how women often play crucial roles behind the scenes to make things happen.

There is great comfort in being connected to this powerful celestial body in the sky.

It’s no coincidence that this April full moon, known as the Pink Moon*, falls on April 1st – the day of the trickster in the United States.

The day where we can play jokes, be fun loving, and welcome humor in different ways.

It’s not random that the full moon and the trickster meet on this very day.

So if you feel that change is calling you and you have no idea how to respond.

If you are feeling scared to take the next step or even imagine it.

If you are tired of being stuck and emotional about it.

Then join the Moon Night Gathering – Trickster edition on April 1st, 2026. Where you will gather with women who yearn to navigate change with the wisdom of the moon and the spirit of the trickster.

We will gather under the moon, gather in sisterhood, and gather in ritual to howl, move, and be moved.

We’ll put on the mask of the trickster, play with its powers and limits, and support each other through the possibilities of change.

Be prepared: come ready to delight in the support of the moon, take on the role of the trickster, and find out what it is really trying to tell you.

*The Pink Moon name was given by the Native Americans to represent the colors of the wild ground phlox – the earliest flower to bloom in the spring.

Testimonials for Moon Night Gathering:

What Anna E. appreciated:

“I appreciated how Nancy created a safe environment where I felt comfortable being open and vulnerable. The first few exercises seemed silly at first, but really did help me feel less guarded. Much of what we did that was non-verbal. There was one exercise that showed me how important it is for us to be witnessed and see that reflected back to us. Being in the dark was helpful! I sometimes have trouble with eye contact and being perceived, but the low light took away that pressure.”

Hear from Jo L.:

“As someone who has been processing a lot of griefs and navigating life changes mostly on my own, I immediately jumped at the chance to do so in community. To be able to do so in nature and in the light of the full moon was a bonus, and ended up making me feel connected and seen in more ways than I expected. Nancy is a great facilitator and validator – I really appreciate her initiative and leadership in terms of expanding this circle and this opportunity to more women. I hope to meet more of you on future moon night gatherings!”

Kori H.'s experience:

“It is rare to have the opportunity to raise my voice as a woman. Nancy creates the space and ceremony that allows me to let out my anger, stress, and pain! Doing this in the company of other women out in nature has been healing and cathartic beyond my expectations. “
