I offer 1:1 coaching, group training, and experiences centered around conflict navigation.
1:1 coaching:

Navigating through conflict takes experimentation, perspective taking, and integration of learnings. I do 1:1 coaching with managers and leaders who understand that these things all need time. So I offer these following 1:1 coaching packages:
- Ten 60-minute Zoom calls – can be weekly or biweekly depending on the urgency and the specific conflict situation. Prices range from $2,500 – $4,750.
- Twenty 60-minute Zoom calls – can be weekly, bi-weekly, or twice a week. Prices range from $4,500 – $9,000 depending on the situation.
Coaching includes:
- Pre-meeting homework which can include formulating your goals, questions to consider, or practices to try.
- Post-meeting notes of the key points that were discussed and activities for the week.
90-minute group trainings:
Group training prices start at $3,500 and increase depending on the needs and size of the group. These interactive and experiential trainings can be done virtually or in person. Group trainings include:
- Pre-training welcome email to increase participant engagement. This includes meeting agenda to questions to consider.
- Training presentation (PPT) and workbook (PDF) which includes all the key points and exercises done in the training.
- Post-training email which highlights the key takeaways and ways to retaining training knowledge and practices 3 days, 3 weeks, and 3 months from now.
I specialize in these 3 trainings:

Feedback: What It Isn’t, What It Is, and How to Receive and Give it
I believe that one of the reasons why conflict occur is that we lost our ability to do relational micro adjustments. Learning how to receive and give feedback is essential to doing micro adjustments.
We start with icebreakers and then dive into what feedback is and isn’t about. Participants learn about their default way of receiving feedback and the hurdles associated. Finally participants practice doable ways to receive and give feedback that creates more understanding and potential for collaboration.
Reflective Listening: A Powerful Tool to Increase Clarity and Partnership
Often we are taught to listen to answer, question, or rebut. Rarely are we taught to listen to connect, get clarity, or reach agreement.
Through games and play, this training teaches ways to listen and reflect back what we heard to increase understanding. This opens space for the other person and us to share what is important for each of us, even when we are in conflict.

How to Handle Any Difficult Situation with Choice and Self-Empathy
Whenever we encounter a difficult person, it is easy to want to defend ourselves or point out what is wrong with them. This results in antagonism.
This training gives participants somatic ways to deal with conflict and then demonstrates new ways to deal with difficult situations. Then it is possible to create choice and different possibilities instead of have the same old same old monologues.
Experiences to find your voice in conflict:
Moon Night Gathering: is an in person Philly monthly experience for women who want to scream, howl, and be loud about something they are frustrated, angry, or pissed off about.
It is a 90-minute outdoor gathering where there is no advice giving, commiseration, shame, blame, or guilt. Instead we howl, move, and share what is important to us.

Creating a Meditation Habit for Busy Stressed Out Managers: is an online 3 week on-demand course for any stressed out manager who wants to have more ease, relaxation, and clarity in their life.
This course teaches various meditation techniques and focuses on:
- Finding meditation practices that actually work for you
- Uncovering the secrets behind creating a habit fits your life
- Creating a meditation habit that will stay around long after the course is done
My work is based on the following principles:
- Perspective taking and getting clear on your needs will help you treat yourself and the other person well. It is totally possible to be compassionate to yourself and the other person during conflict.
- Connecting the brain and the body will unblock your critical thinking. Using your mind to resolve conflict is not enough, especially when your amygdala is hijacked. We all have human brains and animal bodies.
- Making micro adjustments via feedback is pivotal to increasing understanding and trust while decreasing blow ups and intense conflicts.
